CHAPTER 292 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF ROCKPORT TO USE CERTAIN PARK LAND TO CONSTRUCT A WATER SUPPLY STANDPIPE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The town of Rockport is hereby authorized to use a portion of a certain parcel of park land for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining a water supply standpipe. Said parcel being shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Pool Hill Tank Site, Rockport, Massachusetts, property of the town of Rockport" prepared by Donohoe & Parkhurst, Inc. and dated October 13, 1992.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
