Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section three of chapter three hundred and thirty-six of the acts of nineteen hundred and ninety-one or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Plymouth/Carver Regional School District shall not defer its teachers' compensation for the fiscal year beginning July first, nineteen hundred and ninety-two.
