CHAPTER 311 AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN ROTARY IN THE TOWN OF HINGHAM AS THE HONORABLE NATHANIEL M. HURWITZ ROTARY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The rotary on Route 3A in the town of Hingham shall be designated and known as the Honorable Nathaniel M. Hurwitz Rotary in honor of the late Nathaniel M. Hurwitz who served as a state representative from nineteen hundred and fifty-three to nineteen hundred and fifty-five and who was commissioner of veterans' affairs. The department of highways shall erect suitable markers thereat bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
