CHAPTER 312 AN ACT RELATIVE TO DISABILITY RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR FIREFIGHTERS WHO CONTRACT LUNG CANCER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 94B of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1992 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "systems", in line 4, the following words:- , lung or respiratory tract.
SECTION 2. This law shall take effect notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary.
