Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the board of registration of sanitarians established under section fifty-one of chapter thirteen of the General Laws is hereby authorized and directed to retire registration number 001 in honor of Otis M. Peluso who has held such number since the establishment of said board.
