CHAPTER 327 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE REGISTRATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES USED TO TRANSPORT HANDICAPPED PERSONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1992 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 215, the words "a non-profit" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- any.
