CHAPTER 335 AN ACT RELATIVE TO DRUG-FREE PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 32J of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1992 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "session", in line 5, the following words:- , or within one hundred feet of a public park or playground.
