CHAPTER 336 AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN INFORMATION RECEIVED BY LOCAL HISTORIC COMMISSIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 8D of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1992 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 22, the words ", unless otherwise provided by by-law or ordinance".
