CHAPTER 338 AN ACT REQUIRING PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS TO REPORT ELDER ABUSE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 15 of chapter 19A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1992 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words "a medical" and inserting in place thereof the words:- physician assistant, medical.
