Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Harvard, acting through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to grant certain easements in certain park land in said town of Harvard, in perpetuity, for the purpose of allowing vehicle and pedestrian right of access to the land of the following owners, their heirs, successors and assigns: Robert and Susan Wasserman, First Congregational Unitarian Church, Inc., William A. Lybrand and Drew K. Conger, William J. Salter and Kathryn E. Hewett, Ruth S. Nicholson and William J. Milne, David Craig, Edward F. and Bernadette S. Dillard, David J. and Paula C. Brown, Stephen R. and Madeline Monaghan, Stephen J. Darby, Jr. and Marjorie Darby, Michele F. and Daniel G. Page, Patricia M. Hatch and Fay Carrozza and John Hudson Martin, Jr., said easements being shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Easements Harvard Common Harvard, Massachusetts", dated December, nineteen hundred and ninety-two, and on file in the office of the town clerk in said town.
