Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Hanson is hereby authorized to appropriate for the payment of, and after such appropriation the treasurer of said town of Hanson is hereby authorized to pay to Overhead Door Co. of Boston, an unpaid bill incurred by the town and totalling sixteen thousand nine hundred and sixty-three dollars said bill being legally unenforceable against said town, notwithstanding the failure of said town to comply with the appropriate provisions of law relating to competitive bidding in awarding the contract.
