CHAPTER 38 AN ACT VALIDATING THE ACTS AND PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL TOWN MEETING HELD IN THE TOWN OF NORTHBOROUGH ON NOVEMBER NINTH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-TWO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, all acts and proceedings of the town of Northborough at its special town meeting held on November ninth, nineteen hundred and ninety-two are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the warrant for such meeting had been published and posted as required by law.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
