Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section fourteen E of chapter seventy-one of the General Laws or any other general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Triton Regional School District is hereby authorized to elect members to the regional school district committee in districtwide elections to be held annually on the second Tuesday in May. The cost incurred by a town for conducting a districtwide election shall be reimbursed by the Triton Regional School District.
