CHAPTER 403 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SICK LEAVE BANK FOR TRUDY ELLIS, EMPLOYEE OF THE WRENTHAM STATE SCHOOL.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately establish a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the Wrentham State School, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Wrentham state school is hereby authorized and directed to establish a sick leave bank for Trudy Ellis, an employee of said school. Any employee of said school may voluntarily contribute one or more sick, personal or vacation days to said sick leave bank for use by said Trudy Ellis.

Approved January 7, 1994.
