Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section thirteen of chapter eighty of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the city of Gloucester is hereby authorized to establish interest on sewer betterment projects completed after nineteen hundred and eighty-nine and assessed under the provisions of said chapter eighty at a percentage or fixed fee per unit basis to be determined by said city.
