CHAPTER 436 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF MASHPEE TO LEASE A CERTAIN PARCEL OF CONSERVATION LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Mashpee, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to lease a certain parcel of conservation land to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Mashpee Memorial Post 5489 on such terms and conditions as said board may prescribe.
Said parcel is shown on a plan of land entitled "PROPOSED VFW SITE" dated August, nineteen hundred and ninety-two which is on file in the office of the town clerk.
