CHAPTER 439 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING UNTRUE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 91 of chapter 266 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1992 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 18 and 19, the words "five hundred nor more than one" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- one thousand nor more than two.
