Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the procedures followed by the town of Lanesborough at a special town meeting held on October nineteenth, nineteen hundred and ninety-three, in accepting the following streets and public ways: Park Drive, Victoria Lane, Noppet, North Mountain Road and Lynne Court are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
