CHAPTER 454 AN ACT PROVIDING A CERTAIN EXEMPTION FOR THE TOWN OF NEWBURY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Newbury shall have one precinct for the purpose of forming congressional, state representative, state senatorial or councillor districts but may have three polling places for the purpose of any state or municipal election.
