CHAPTER 455 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CONDUCT OF OPEN MEETINGS OF GOVERNMENTAL BODIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 23B of chapter 39 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1992 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "section.", in line 162, the following paragraph:-
Such order may also include a civil fine against the governmental body in an amount no greater than one thousand dollars for each meeting held in violation of this section.
