Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the tax collector and treasurer of the town of Windsor shall be appointed by the board of selectmen of said town and the persons so appointed shall have all of the powers and duties by law vested in the offices of tax collector and treasurer; upon the expiration of the current terms of office of tax collector and treasurer of said town.
