Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The South Middlesex Regional Vocational Technical School District, acting by and through its school committee, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the representatives of each of the employee bargaining units in the district, as well as with all other employees of the district, which agreement may become a part of the collective bargaining agreements between said committee and said bargaining units and may be effective for all other employees of the district, to pay one hundred percent of the premium actually paid for group disability income insurance covering nonoccupational injury or disease for all employees of the South Middlesex Regional Vocational Technical School District.
