CHAPTER 469 AN ACT RELATIVE TO BERKSHIRE HILLS MOTEL SWIMMING POOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section two hundred and six of chapter one hundred and forty of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, Berkshire Hills Motel, in the city of Pittsfield, shall not be required to enclose its inground swimming pool.

SECTION 2. The provisions of this act shall affect the swimming pool presently located at the Berkshire Hills Motel as of January first, nineteen hundred and ninety-three and shall not apply to any new pool constructed thereafter.
