CHAPTER 56 AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN POSITIONS IN THE TOWN OF BILLERICA FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE LAW.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The clerical positions in the offices of the conservation commission, the veterans department, the town accountant department, and the personnel board in the town of Billerica shall be exempt from the provisions of chapter thirty-one of the General Laws.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
