CHAPTER 61 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF MIDDLEBOROUGH TO CONVEY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF CONSERVATION LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Middleborough is hereby authorized to sell or exchange and convey a certain parcel of conservation land located in said town and shown as Lot 47 on assessors map R78; provided, however, that the proceeds received from sale shall be used for the purchase of conservation land and any land received in exchange shall be used for conservation purposes.
