CHAPTER 62 AN ACT VALIDATING ANY APPROPRIATION APPROVED AT THE TOWN OF ASHBURNHAM ANNUAL TOWN MEETING HELD ON APRIL THIRD, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-THREE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, any appropriation approved at the annual town meeting in the town of Ashburnham held on April third, nineteen hundred and ninety-three and required to be submitted to the voters pursuant to paragraph (m) of section twenty-one C of chapter fifty-nine of the General Laws shall be valid if approved by the said voters at an election to be held no later than seventy days after the date of said town meeting.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
