Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section thirty-nine of chapter two hundred and seven of the General Laws regulating the number of justices of the peace that may be designated, the governor is hereby authorized to designate an additional justice of the peace in the town of Winthrop.
