Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 652 of the acts of 1987 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Any such funds established by the district, including any reserve fund for landfill closure costs or any working capital reserve fund, may be invested in accordance with the provisions of section fifty-four of chapter forty-four of the General Laws.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
