Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (i) of section two of chapter sixty B of the General Laws, commencing with fiscal year nineteen hundred and ninety-six, one hundred percent of the excise imposed on a vessel, as defined in section one of said chapter sixty B in the town of Hull shall be credited to municipal waterways improvement and maintenance fund of said town to be used for expenses, maintenance and improvements to the town's habors and piers.
