Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter thirty B of the General Laws, the city of Pittsfield is hereby authorized to lease a certain parcel of land located in said city to Schupp-Zorn Realty for a term of twenty years for the development of the downtown area of said city. Said parcel is shown on a plan of land entitled, "City of Pittsfield, portion of municipal parking area No. 6", drawn by the city engineer of said city and dated September seventh, nineteen hundred and ninety-four which is on file with the office of the city engineer.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
