Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The provisions of the second paragraph of section fifteen of chapter forty of the General Laws shall not apply to the sale by the city of Lawrence of property situated within the territorial limits of the town of North Andover under a certain purchase and sale agreement, effective as of October twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and ninety-three, by and between the city of Lawrence and Pencor, Inc., a Maryland corporation, as such agreement may be amended from time to time.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
