CHAPTER 71 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PLACING OF A PUBLIC POLICY QUESTION ON THE BALLOT TO BE USED IN THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD AT THE NINETEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-FOUR BIENNIAL STATE ELECTION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

For the purpose of ascertaining the will of the people of the city of Springfield, the state secretary shall cause to be placed on the official ballot to be used in the city of Springfield at the biennial state election held in the year nineteen hundred and ninety-four the following nonbinding question on public policy: `tuc This question is not binding.

Shall casino gambling be permitted in the city of Springfield
