Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The second paragraph of section 3 of chapter 302 of the acts of 1926, as amended by section 3 of chapter 710 of the acts of 1969, is hereby further amended by striking out the third sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Notice of every adjourned representative town meeting shall be posted by the town clerk in five or more public places in the town as soon as practicable after the adjournment.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
