CHAPTER 64 AN ACT RELATIVE TO PRELIMINARY ELECTIONS IN THE CITY OF HOLYOKE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 3 of chapter 327 of the acts of 1957, as amended by section 2 of chapter 173 of the acts of 1959, is hereby further amended by adding the following sentence:- No person shall be a candidate for nomination for more than one office.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
