CHAPTER 133 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF DARTMOUTH TO TRANSFER CONTROL OF CERTAIN CONSERVATION LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Dartmouth, voting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to transfer care, custody and control of a certain parcel of land in said town, presently under the care, custody and control of the conservation commission to the park board to be used for park and recreation purposes. Said parcel is shown as a one acre portion of Lot 60, Plat 209 of the assessors map of said town of Dartmouth.
