Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 47A of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The superintendent may contract to employ athletic coaches hired under the provisions of section fifty-nine B for periods not in excess of three years.

SECTION 2. Section 59B of said chapter 71, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "teachers", in line 10, the following words:- , athletic coaches.
