CHAPTER 14 AN ACT VALIDATING THE CONVEYANCE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PARK LAND IN THE TOWN OF SOUTH HADLEY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of South Hadley, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of park land located in said town to John A. Benoit and Eva M. Benoit of South Hadley. Said parcel is more particularly described in a deed dated July 6, 1993 and recorded in the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds, Book 4271, Page 69.

SECTION 2. The conveyance of the parcel described in section one by the town of South Hadley by deed dated July sixth, nineteen hundred and ninety-three is hereby ratified, validated and confirmed.

SECTION 3. Section one of this act shall take effect as of May first, nineteen hundred and ninety-three.

SECTION 4. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
