CHAPTER 17 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF LYNN TO USE CERTAIN PARK LAND FOR NON-PARK PURPOSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The city of Lynn is hereby authorized to use a certain parcel of park land located in said city for non-park purposes. Said parcel is shown as Map 28, Block 257 of the assessor's map of the city of Lynn and shown on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Hospital Avenue", dated July thirteenth, nineteen hundred and twenty which is on file in the office of the city engineer.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
