Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The bridge connecting Fifth street and Harvard street spanning the Nashua River in the city of Fitchburg shall be designated and known as the Arthur J. DiTommaso Memorial Bridge, in honor of Arthur J. DiTommaso who served the city of Fitchburg as a police officer for many years. A suitable marker bearing said designation shall be attached thereto by the department of highways in compliance with the standards of said department.
