CHAPTER 182 AN ACT AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS FOR MUNICIPAL AUDITORS AND ACCOUNTANTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 108N of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "selectmen", in lines 10 and 21, in each instance, the following words:- , town accountants, city auditor.
