Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter one hundred and twenty-one C of the General Laws or any other general or special law or economic development plan to the contrary, the Belchertown Economic Development and Industrial Corporation is hereby authorized to acquire and hold land, easements and other interests in land for development for recreational purposes in the town of Belchertown and to convey all or a portion of such land, easements and other interests in land, in a developed or undeveloped condition, on such terms as it deems appropriate to accomplish such purpose or any other purpose permitted by said chapter one hundred and twenty-one C.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
