Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 15 of chapter 438 of the acts of 1896, as appearing in section 14 of chapter 189 of the acts of 1992, is hereby further amended by striking out, in the first sentence, the words "a city messenger" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- an administrative assistant to the city council.
