CHAPTER 193 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF ROCKPORT TO OFFER HEALTH INSURANCE TO CERTAIN ELECTED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections seven and seven A of chapter thirty-two B of the General Laws, the town of Rockport, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to offer health and accident insurance to elected officials and employees of said town who are scheduled to work less than twenty hours per week; provided, however, that said employees and officials shall be responsible for one hundred percent of the premiums for such insurance.
