Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

In addition to the purposes for which it may incur debt pursuant to clause (d) of section forty-four F of chapter forty of the General Laws, the Martha's Vineyard Refuse Disposal and Resource Recovery District may also incur debt in the manner set forth in said clause (d) for the purpose of replacing, taking remedial action with respect to, or closing all or any part of its refuse disposal system.
