CHAPTER 213 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES OF DECEASED RESIDENTS OF DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL RETARDATION FACILITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 13 of chapter 123B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the word "five" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- fifteen.
