Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 275 of the acts of 1994 is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

Section 5. The town manager of the town of Tewksbury is hereby authorized to solicit license agreements or lease the parcel of land conveyed to said town pursuant to section two for a skating rink and related recreational and cultural activities for a period of up to thirty years; provided, however, that any such solicitation shall be subject to the provisions of chapter thirty B of the General Laws.
