CHAPTER 257 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF AMESBURY TO ISSUE TWO ADDITIONAL ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section seventeen of chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the General Laws, the licensing authority of the town of Amesbury is hereby authorized to issue two licenses to sell all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises under the provisions of section twelve of said chapter one hundred and thirty-eight. Said licenses shall be subject to all the provisions of said chapter one hundred and thirty-eight except said section seventeen.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
