CHAPTER 261 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE EXCHANGES OF CERTAIN POLICIES ISSUED BY INSURANCE COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 139 of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "it", in line 3, the following words:- or a company that is admitted and authorized under this chapter and is an affiliate of it, as defined in section two hundred and six.
