CHAPTER 262 AN ACT PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF HANDICAP BY TEMPORARY AGENCIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The first paragraph of subsection 16 of section 4 of chapter 151B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- For purposes of this subsection, the word employer shall include an agency which employs individuals directly for the purpose of furnishing part-time or temporary help to others.
