CHAPTER 301 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF TEWKSBURY TO ACCEPT CERTAIN STREETS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section twenty-three of chapter eighty-two of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Tewksbury is hereby authorized to accept the streets listed in Article 13 of the annual town meeting of said town held in nineteen hundred and ninety-six, a copy of which is on file in the office of the town clerk.
